-reminiscent - events, key points in life, childhood
- familiarity of artists/genres
-experimenting and discovering new genres and ideas (taking out of comfort zone)
-appriciation of music eg as a performer/musician

-getting up - louder beat in morning
-motivational when exercising
-relaxing and slower in evening
-background when eating/other activities
